Ordering
Our products are described with a product code, description, specification, image and price.
You pay the price you see at checkout, plus the delivery charge (see below), VAT will not apply.
Payment is by bank transfer, we do not accept cards on the website.
- Select your products from the shop pages, for most products there is only one available.
- Add to your shopping cart.
- Then carry on shopping!
- View and change your shopping cart by clicking the shopping basket icon.
- Proceed to checkout from the shopping cart. You will be asked for your billing and delivery details in customer information.
- In the Payments page select your shipping and payment options
- Customers from outside the UK please call for a delivery price before ordering
- Review your order, and make any required changes.
- Select bank payment as a payment option, this is the only option we offer, place the order.
- When you confirm the order, you will be returned to our website.
- You will receive an e-mail confirming your order with bank details for payment.
- Pay by bank transfer using the bank details provided.
- International customers, add your quoted shipping cost to the order total before payment
- We will check that the bank transfer is received.
- Your order will be dispatched to you, normally within 14 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on destination.
If we are out of stock of a product you have ordered we will contact you.
UK Delivery Charges
Orders are normally delivered within 14 working days to the UK. Depending on product availability, the delivery may be split.
Plain bikinis and trunks are packaged in padded envelopes with a UK charge of £5 for the first item
Crystalled bikinis are boxed, insured and delivery guaranteed with a UK charge of £10 for the first item
An additional charge of £3.50 for each additional item of either type.
International Customers
We do ship our products outside of the UK mainland. Please email or call for a delivery price to add to the cost of the items you require, then place your order. Please see the above process.
If the delivery address on an order is outside of the UK an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
